Welcome to I-PRIMO Singapore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.iprimo.sg) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of any revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you should discontinue the use of our Services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Services

I-PRIMO Singapore specializes in diamond rings, wedding bands, and other jewellery, available exclusively at our physical stores. The descriptions, images, and pricing of our products are for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without prior notice.

While we strive for accuracy in all product details, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to variations in materials and craftsmanship.

3. Orders & Payments

All purchases must be made in-store. We do not accept online orders. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment methods accepted in-store include credit/debit cards and other approved payment options. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase at our discretion. Once an order is placed and confirmed with a deposit, modifications or cancellations are not permitted.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases. A deposit is required for order confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation. Custom-made, engraved, or resized jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, we may offer repairs or replacements at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Warranties & Repairs

We provide a limited warranty on our jewellery for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling, or damage caused by third-party modifications. Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty. For repairs beyond the warranty period, additional charges may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of I-PRIMO Singapore and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

I-PRIMO Singapore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website and Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Site is hosted on servers located in Singapore. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event you desire to initiate any suit against I-PRIMO Singapore arising out of or relating to the Site and/or this Agreement, you agree to bring such suit in the courts sitting in Singapore. You further agree that we may initiate a suit against you arising out of or relating to the Site and/or these Terms in such courts and you hereby waive all rights to contest jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

9. Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to the products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to an arbitrator in Singapore. You hereby consent to submit to jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class action proceedings or otherwise.

10. Disclaimer

In no event will I-PRIMO Singapore or any of its affiliated entities be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages for use of this Site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose or the existence of any limited remedy.

11. International Access

This Site may be accessed from countries internationally. This Site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of Singapore. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside Singapore and shall not be construed as an offer to sell the said products.

12. Termination and Effect of Termination

I-PRIMO Singapore may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of this Site. We reserve the right to revoke all passwords and identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part.
